Professional oil change services using vehicle-appropriate lubricants, filters, and manufacturer-recommended procedures. All packages include up to 5 U.S. quarts of the specified oil; additional oil and qualifying specialty requirements cost extra.

OPTIONAL DIESEL FUEL FILTER REPLACEMENT

Available for applicable vehicles at an additional cost. Depending on vehicle configuration and the approved estimate, service may include primary and/or secondary fuel filter replacement, fuel/water separator service, and manufacturer-required priming. Fuel filter service is NOT included in the $189.90 diesel oil service.

Advertised prices: Prices are starting prices for qualifying vehicles and standard procedures.

Vehicle-specific requirements can change the final price.

Five-quart limit: Each package includes up to five (5) U.S. quarts of the specified qualifying oil. Oil needed beyond 5 quarts to reach the manufacturer-specified capacity is extra and will be included in the estimate.

Oil specifications: Standard, Full Service, and European packages include qualifying full synthetic motor oil. Diesel service includes diesel-rated oil selected to meet applicable manufacturer specifications; it is not necessarily full synthetic. Specialty oil grades and approvals may affect price.

Oil filters: Includes one qualifying engine oil filter. Specialty, high-capacity, multiple-filter, or unusual cartridge applications may cost extra.

Vehicle eligibility: Certain diesel trucks, commercial/heavy-duty vehicles, performance/exotic vehicles, specialty European applications, and vehicles requiring special procedures may not qualify for advertised starting prices.

Tire rotation: Included only in the $94.95 Full Service package, where safe and compatible with vehicle/tire configuration. Staggered or directional setups may prevent rotation. Balancing, alignment, TPMS repair, and tire repair are excluded.

Visual inspections: Checks are limited to reasonably accessible components and are not comprehensive diagnostics, safety certifications, or guarantees of condition.

Fluids and extra services: Fluid checks do not include fluid exchanges or substantial top-offs. Additional repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance are excluded unless separately authorized.

Diesel fuel filters: Optional and additional cost. Filter count, parts, labor, water separator service, and fuel system priming vary by vehicle. Fuel contamination remediation, injectors, DEF, DPF, SCR, and EGR service are not included.

Existing conditions: Damaged drain plugs, seized filters, stripped threads, aftermarket shields, and access restrictions may require additional work, subject to customer authorization.

Taxes and fees: Applicable taxes and legally permitted, separately disclosed shop-supply or environmental charges may apply. All mandatory charges will be disclosed in the estimate before authorization.

Service authorization: Any additional oil, parts, labor, or services will be estimated and require customer authorization before work.

Availability and restrictions: Subject to vehicle eligibility, parts availability, and appointment scheduling. Not combinable with other offers unless authorized. No cash value; one offer per vehicle per visit.

Offer changes: Offers may be modified or discontinued prospectively, subject to applicable law and previously authorized estimates.
